Image Line s.r.l., owner of Image Line Network websites and service provider, reserves the right to update and change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Image Line s.r.l. owns the right to choose, coordinate, organize and improve the "Content". Completion of the agreement

The Terms and Conditions included in this "Legal Notice" regarding access to Image Line Network websites constitute complete agreement between you and Image Line s.r.l. for your access and/or use of Image Line Network websites.

Validity of the agreement

The Terms and Conditions established previously are considered active from the first registration to the Image Line Network community.

POLICY OF IMAGE LINE S.R.L. ACCORDING TO ARTICLE 13 OF DIRECTIVE 196/03

Dear Customer, we would like to inform you that your personal information, received directly by you or through forms filled out on one of our websites, will be used by Image Lines s.r.l. with full respect of the main directives, such as:

PERSONAL DATA HANDLING AND RELATIVE OBJECTIVES

The following information is a summary of all the operations we have performed regarding the collection, conservation and elaboration of your personal data, along with the reason for each operation:

1. collection and conservation of your personal data to provide access to our data banks
2. elaboration of personal data provided by you and other data taken from navigation patterns on the Web to determine your business profile
3. your commercial profile will be used by Image Line s.r.l. for its marketing and promotional purposes
4. collection, conservation and elaboration of your personal information for administrative / accounting purposes, including invoice transmission by e-mail
5. use of your commercial profile by Image Line s.r.l. for third-party marketing and promotional purposes

HOW THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED

Data handling will be completely automated through a process that allows us to detect the customer's purchasing behavior, shown through the customer's navigation patterns in the network of personal websites. IMAGE LINE S.R.L. guarantees that sensitive information will not be handled directly or indirectly on the personal network of websites as according to article 4 letter D and article 26 of law196/03. Therefore, any data handling that involves direct or indirect intervention on sensitive information will be excluded.
FREEDOM TO PROVIDE CONSENT AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL
Consent to handle the personal information you provide for the reasons given in points (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5) must be granted. If a refusal is given, Image Line s.r.l. will not be able to provide its free services on the Internet.

HOLDER OF DATA HANDLING

The holder of personal data handling is Image Line s.r.l. It's legal offices are in Faenza on Via Gallo Marcucci, 24. Any requests should be addressed to LINE S.R.L. (according to article. 7 of directive 196/03) - Management - Personal information protection office - Via Gallo Marcucci, 24 - Faenza (RA). The sole responsibility for this according to article 29 of directive 196/03 is Ivano Valmori.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

Art. 7 directive 196/03 (Rights of the interested party)

1. Regarding the handling of personal information, the interested party has the right to receive confirmation of the existence of his/her personal data and it must be communicated in an intelligible manner
2. The interested party has the right to receive information regarding: the origin of data, purpose of data handling, data handling logic, data identifying the holder and to what entity the information may be given
3. The interested party also has the right to receive:
   • updates, changes or integrations of the collected data
   • deletion, transformation in anonymous form, or blockage of data handled in a manner that is against the law, including withheld data after it was used for the purpose it was left for, or data that was handled again after it served its purpose
   • confirmation that other entities receiving the this data have also received notification of the operations in the previous points, except in cases where this is impossible or the work necessary to provide this confirmation outweighs the right itself.
4. The interested party also has the right to object completely, or in part:
   • for legitimate reasons regarding his/her personal data handling even if pertinent to the reason why it was collected
   • to his/her personal data handling for the purpose of sending out promotional material.

Image Line s.r.l. internal regulations for respecting the user's privacy and rights to keep personal information reserved:

1. We only ask for the information necessary for carrying out our services (for example, an e-mail address). This information will only be used for carrying out the specific service requested or for market research activities and business communications.
2. We never collect sensitive personal information "from our users relative to state of health, political or religious beliefs or sexuality.
3. We send our services and newsletter only to the addresses of those that explicitly request and authorize handling of their personal information.
4. We register users only after they have reviewed the notification as according to article 13 of directive 196/2003 and have authorized handling of their personal information according to the methods and purposes indicated.
5. We provide a method for cancelling every e-mail we send immediately
6. Users that would like to be deleted completely from Image Line s.r.l.'s archives may write to privacy@imageline.it to request this.
7. Users can usually navigate freely on our websites. Users must register only in the sections where they can access information in our data banks or access services for purchase.
8. Users will always have access to their personal information. They can change this information in any way they like at any time. In addition, users are always free to cancel their subscription to any list or service provided by Image Line s.r.l. by following the instructions provided on each newsletter and on the pages of each service.
9. We have installed all the information technology security measures necessary to protect the user's personal information and reduce the risk to a minimum of violation of the user's right to privacy by third parties. We will adopt any other security measure necessary to assure that our users' privacy is always protected while using our services. We are aware of the fact that the information that circulates on the internet is not completely protected and that there is a risk of this information being lost, destroyed or changed. We know there is also a risk of non-authorized persons accessing this information. Unfortunately, this is inevitable. Therefore, we inform our users on our remailers or forwarding services to eliminate any and all identification from e-mails before sending them to their destination.
